Every day, 皇冠官方app下载 Airport Ambassadors provide vital customer assistance, informing, greeting and directing thousands of travelers from all over the world. The ambassadors direct and help the many connecting passengers to the world, helping make 皇冠官方app下载 the connection of choice.
皇冠官方app下载 Ambassadors help passengers find their gate and terminal, locate amenities, understand transportation options, provide information on North Texas attractions, and more.
Ambassadors are dressed in gray and orange and are stationed at the terminal information centers throughout the terminal and are always ready to lend a hand.

Qualifications and commitment
- Volunteer for at least one shift per calendar week
- You delight in providing an exceptional customer experience and interacting with people
- Use technology to guide Airport customers
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, according to 皇冠官方app下载 policy
- Attend ongoing training and follow the Ambassador Volunteer Handbook guidelines
- Familiarity with airports and use of mobile device technology is a plus
- Multilingual is a plus

Navigators
What will you do as a Navigator volunteer?
- Assist customers with directions and information within the Terminals
- Use technology to guide airport customers
- Answer questions about the Airport’s amenities, dining, retail, and transportation options
- Provide direction to gates and Terminals
- Earn community service hours and learn new skills
Qualifications and commitment
- Enjoys learning from and interacting with people
- Attend ongoing training and follow the Ambassador Volunteer Handbook guidelines
- Must be between the ages of 16 and 18, or until 22 years of age if pursuing higher education
- Actively volunteer for at least one year
- Complete a minimum of 2 shifts per calendar month
